Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  • Trim both ends of the zucchini, then secure one onto a spiralizer. Rotate the handle to transform the zucchini into long, curly noodles.
