  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free ketchup optional

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, diced onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos), eggs, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add the ground beef to the seasoned mixture, working gently to blend everything without overmixing, which helps maintain the meatloaf’s tender texture.
  • Carefully transfer the combined mixture into a large baking dish, shaping it into a loaf form. Place it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
  • If desired, spread a layer of sugar-free ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Return to the oven and continue baking for an additional 25 to 45 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Cooking times will vary depending on the loaf’s thickness; for precision, use a probe thermometer that signals when the ideal temperature is met.
