Add the soaked chia seeds to the fruit and vegetable purée mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Next, fold in the oats, plain flour, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients come together to form a cohesive dough, with a texture resembling soft, pliable play dough.
Using a tablespoon as a guide, scoop portions of the dough and roll them into balls with slightly damp hands to prevent sticking. Arrange the dough balls evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
With a wet fork, gently press down on each ball to flatten them slightly, giving them a rustic, homey appearance.
