Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and begin by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Coat the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly covered. Season them generously with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the potatoes in the preheated air fryer for 40 to 50 minutes, adjusting the time based on the size of the potatoes. They should be soft when done.
  • Once cooked, make a lengthwise cut on each potato. Using your hands, gently pinch the sides to open the potatoes and reveal their fluffy interiors. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato for added richness.
